Did you try to print and scan it at the highest resolution?

Some Imaging software have a 'vectorize' function, did you try this also?

Do you know the old saying "You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear?"

Or "Garbage in, garbage out?"

Well, it's the same with Photoshop.  Your results are only as good as the quality image you begin with.  Taking a low res graphic from the web is NEVER going to give you good results.  When you attempt to make it bigger, all it does is enhance the artifacts and remove the details making it worse than what you started with.

Start over with a high res graphic or create one from scratch in Illustrator.  Ideally this should be exported to SVG which retains details at any size.  You can't do that with raster images like JPG and PNG.

I cant find the diagrams with better resolution, so I use them and i try get what is written or I have nothing. So If anybody could give and advice to see what's written, I would be very grateful.

Its the only i could find neither in other website or libraries. I know poor resolution doesnt help. But its the only i could.

This is like asking how to make chicken soup back into chicken. It can’t be done. It makes no difference that you can’t find an alternative it makes no difference how important it is. Perhaps you can buy a better copy from the copyright holder, and copies on the web are deliberately useless to make you pay.

Hi, there is no way to increase its size in Photoshop, if it is a low quality you can recreate it in illustrator then all is possible....regards
