Trouble run Photoshop

I have a problem with download/run Photoshop to my new computer on windows 11.

It says "some of the application components are missing from the Apliccation diretctory.Please reinstal the aplication"

I did it severl tims, but it didnt work.

Did you uninstall then reinstall using the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

Is this a normal Windows 11 system (not a special cut down system)?

Yes i did that using the Creative cloud app.

It is normal windows system 11.

I suggest you uninstall Photoshop and reinstall it again.

If that doesn't work use the Adobe Cleaner Tool.
