Screen Shot 2024-12-04 at 1.45.39 PM.pngSo I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue for my company, we've been working on a package label and we seem to have an issue with one of the filters, PermanentPress2, as pictured. When I hide the smart filter they hide, but when I unhide them they don't come back. I see the warning signs next to it which makes me think theres some link issue (like on ID).

Pardon me if this ends up being really simple, I'm not as versed in PS as I am in AI or ID. Thanks in advance!

Double click the 'GR Cyrillic thumbnail to open the Smart Object in a new window.  You'll be able to see what the SO consists of from there.

When you hide the - effect and turn it back on, does it open the plugin?

If not, then you should be able to double click the Permanent Press to open its settings panel.

My best guess is that you will have more control of what the plugin is doing if you try affecting it from the SO new window.

Other than that, I can't see anything in your screenshot that might cause what you are seeing.  It would have been helpful if that layer was selected so we could see its blend mode and opacity settings, so have a look at that as well.
