Hello,

I am having troubles operating Photoshop and Lightroom Classic on my PC.

I have a custom build with and i9 Intel processor with integrated Intel UHD graphics 750 for graphic card. I run Windows 10 pro.

When I open Photoshop I get an error message stating that OpenCL is not available. Both Windows and the graphic card software are up to date, but the trouble persists.

Lightroom Classic, on the other hand, does not open at all.

Is it a software or hardware matter? What should I try? Is the graphic card not compatible with Photoshop?

UHD 750 is compatible as far as I know but maybe it is weak for latest build. Which version of Photoshop is in question? Here is Intel page where you can find more about processor and support for certain features IntelĀ® UHD Graphics 750 Product Specifications. In my opinion it should work, at least version 22 without any problem.
