Hey all! So, I'm attempting to modify this image so that the environment not only looks quite a bit darker with less of that sunset peaking through, but I'm also trying to change the red LEDs on the boat to a neon green. I also want to the LEDs to be brighter, more contrasy, more noticable, etc. I've tried for about 2 hours now and can't seem to make the photo look believable. Would anyone mind taking a wack at it? I'd love to learn what you did!

Hree is my quick-and-dirty attempt.

I used the Landscape Mixer neural filter to adjust the Night slider. That lost a bit of the canopy supports, so I set that layer to Darken, so the supports on the original would show through. I painted the green in on a layer set to Hue, and for the sky, a dark blue layer set to overlay. You can play with the settings to adjust the look.
