Hi there!

Trying to do a solid black fill with paint bucket but in Photoshop, it keeps turning it green.

For reference, my working specs for RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1.

Thanks!Screenshot 2023-02-09 at 2.11.00 PM.png

You are looking at the B channel of Lab. Choose the H of Hue, Saturation, and Brightness to see the Color Picker as you did before.

Also just for reference, this is happening if I even put a shape and try to make it black!

Hey @kevin stohlmeyer, thanks for the response! Just did that and unfortunately paint bucket still is coming up green after selecting black. In good news, I tried making a black rectangle and that works, so I'll do that for now unless you have a new tip!

Thanks!

If this is helpful at all, every time I go to the color picker it's showing this version as opposed to the original rainbow I've seen before...

@jane-e

Wow, I'm an idiot. That did the trick. I appreciate it! And will make sure to look at that beforehand.

Hello, your first screen capture omits the option bar, so we cannot tell if a setting there is wrong.
