I've just updated my OS to Monterey as I had to reformat. I've got PS 2021 and 2022 and a Wacom Intuos Pro M (2017). I cannot get the pen pressure to turn off for spot heal. I've turned everything off for my Wacom. I hate all the shortcuts in there. I also have already turned off shape dynamics > pen pressure and everything else in brush settings and also don't have on the little pen pressure icon.

Anyone got any other ideas??

I've done support for a long time and its always helpful to make sure. Also, other peoplemay see this post and not know what you are talking about.

Have you talked to Wacom support?

What are you trying to do, are sure it's pen pressure causing your issue and not the other settings for the spot healing brush? Can you share a screenshot of the problem?
