Tutorials hanging

The new 24.3 update appears to have affected the tutorials. They hang mid session.

Ive tried three and the same problems persists. Continuity breaks.

eg Creating light rays with gradient effect- fail

Add glowing orb effect - fail  before compeltion of step 2

Ive tried reloading PS, Restarting my Laptop, Refreshing, same issue persists. Nothing seems to rosolve the "hanging".

 The "discovery" Pop up doesnt show next step, it just remains blank.
