Tween animation doesn't work as it worked before i worked on layers

I created 2 tween animations on the file but third one doesn't work. The layer even doesn't  move between frames. Help!

Please explain more: how does the file differ from the others? what about a screenshot?

Which version of Ps is it, can you share some info about your computer?
