Two fingers pan in windows

I recently bought an Hp Spectre x360, previously I had a macbook in which i used to work.

I tried to pan with two fingers with the touchpad but it only zooms, I already checked the preferences and the gestures where enabled, I also activated the zoom with the  mouse so I can zoom with two fingers, and I also checked that the gpu is been used. 

Can anybodu help me to solve this isssue?

I keep searching for solutions for this issue and it all comes down to that adobe simply has yet ro give windows users the same toughtpad support that mac users enjoy.
