Umwandlung von RAW Dateien ergeben Fehlermeldung

Ich bekomme öfters Fehlermeldungen im Onlinebereich, wenn ich eine raw-Datei bearbeitet habe und in den Photoshopbereich übergehe.

Ein neues Laden der Seite bringt keine Besserung.

Was läuft hier falsch?

Please let me know where you're editing the RAW image. It would be really helpful if you could describe the steps you took that led to the issue.
