My subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom has been ended by Adobe for no reason. I made a payment in mid July, so it should work ok. I tried to buy another Photography plan, but it didn't let me do that. I also wanted to cance my subscription, but it asks to pay £24. This is absolutely unfair! Give me my money back!
Thanks all for your replies.
The problem has been solved by the Adobe team, thanks a lot guys!
I was missing TLS 1.2 on my machine, but now everything works alright.

The answer is right there in your screenshot. For whatever reason the apps can't connect to Adobe servers. Refer to this for basic troubleshooting:
How to fix network connectivity issues when downloading Adobe apps
Anything beyond that will require proper technical details such as system info or how you even connect to the Internet.

Did you click the blue link that is in your error message and follow what it said?
One possible reason is that Adobe needs to "check in" once a month to verify your subscription. When you open your Creative Cloud app, does it show that you are signed in?
We are volunteers on this forum and cannot see your subscription details. If you need more help, contact Adobe Customer Care:

Don't reply to PMs, as scammers tend to frequent forums.
