I have been trying to get access to this feature, but Photoshop Beta says this ^^.

To change my age, I saw that you should create a Behance profile and it should ask you your DOB. However, despite deleting and re-creating the profile several times, this prompt does not appear. It would be great if there is an alternative way to do this as I tried contacting Adobe but I am unable to as it says that I should contact my administrator, who told me to do the above and was unable to help me when it didn't work.

Kind regards

Hi @Teodor273222262vbt the "administrator" comment leads me to believe you are in a managed account - Enterprise or Teams? If so, your DOB may be driven by whatever active directory profile is being used to create your Adobe ID. You should contact your IT department to determine where your DOB is being managed.

If you were an individual account, contacting Adobe would be the solution, however they cannot change managed accounts.
