Unable to choose version of PS from LR Classic on Windows 10

I have both PS 2023 and PS Beta installed on my Windows 10 machine and cannot choose in LR Classic which version of PS to open. Edit>Preferences only shows PS 2023. On Macs the option to open either one is there but not on Windows.
