Unable to convert CR3 to jpg in 23.5.2

Unable to convert CR3 files to jpg in 23.5.2. Drop down conversion menu seems to have eliminated the JPEG option. Tried several ways but JPEG conversion is not happening

Are you referring to File>Save As in photoshop proper or the Save Options dialog in Camera Raw?

Hi @bwalski 

If you are in Photoshop, use Save As Copy. If you still don't see jpeg, what is the pixel size of your image? JPEG supports a maximum image size of 65,535×65,535 pixels.

You can revert to the previous behavior in Preferences > File Handling > File Saving Options:

• Enable Legacy Save As
• Do not append Copy to filename
