Unable to move multiple layers using my Mac Trackpad

It works fine using the keyboard arrows.

When I try, it only moves one of the layers. Or, it moves the bottom layer (AKA background layer).

Could you elaborate on what's happening and share more information, such as the version of Photoshop you're using and the macOS version you're working on? Are you trying to move multiple layers?

Sorry, the issue is back. The new version did not solve it after all.

Well, I just updated to version 26.7. Now, the issue is gone.
