Unable to open images - version 24.3.0

After installing version 24.3.0, I am unable to open images. The screen keeps flickering and does not open the file

tina here, I am having the same problem. The flickering and not opening of files after update. Hope this is resolved soon!

Did you try the post from Ged (marked correct) to go to Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" > Restart Photoshop?
