Hey, @Clexee. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

 

Does this happen with a specific document? Try pressing the ALT/OPT key when you click on Filter > Liquify Filter & check if that helps.

Hello and thank you for your response, the fluidity tool cannot turn on and with any image it shows me the message I sent in my first message.

"impossible to execute the fluidity command"

Thanks for sharing the System info. The GPU Drivers for the Intel 620 GPU are 26 months old. 

Please update the GPU using Intel's auto-detect program. Head here to troubleshoot the GPU for Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/3T65t96
