Unable to save file as PNG

Adobe Photoshop version 23.2.2

I'm unable to save file as a PNG.

Original file is a PSD, 8-bit, RBG format.  My only options to "save as" are: Photoshop, Large Document Format, Photoshop PDF, and TIFF.

I need this resolved because my business depends of saving as PNG files.

Choose File > Save a Copy...

Or go to Preferences > File Handling... and enable "Use Legacy Save As"
