It sounds frustrating for you, but in order to be more helpful in a response can you:

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

-Forum quick start https://community.adobe.com/t5/Community-Help/ASK-Forum-Success-Guide-Efficiently-using-the-forums/t...

Please also use the "Insert Photos" icon in the Post Reply window and not the "Insert / Edit Link icon for all attachments.

Which solutions do you have try. It makes no sense to post a solution that you have already tried and it doesn't help.

Thanks

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2

Hi @Mitali28220315f99o as @AxelMatt posted, we are happy to help but we need more information before we can.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Cory
