Hi,
I am getting a billing issue error for quite sometime. I even tried updating different credit card which is not getting updated on your site hence I am unable to use the full functionality of adobe firefly. Although my payment for this year has already been made from the card currently saved but still I am not getting enough credits.
Kindly help, its been so long now. Even tried reaching out to customer support but no help there as well.

This is a user forum answered by volunteers. We are not employed by Adobe and have no access to accounts. You need to contact Adobe customer care.
Note: Do not respond to Private Messages requesting account information. Scammers are known to do that, posing as employees.

Because this is not a bug in Photoshop, I've moved your post from Bugs to Discussions. As Dave said, only Adobe Customer Care can assist with billing.
