II have an issue trying to use the Remove tool. I have a Mac Studio with Apple M1 Processor. My MacOS is Ventura 13.4.1. I have recently upgraded to Photoshop 24.6.0

I am trying to use the Remove Tool.I select and hold the Spot HealingBrush tool. But it does not offer ANY other commands under that button.

I can get commands under some but not all other command buttons using select and hold. Please advise what I should do?

Thanks in advance for any help/explanation.

Did you try restarting your Mac, which should stop all processes from running?

Hi!

Here is a thread that is already started about the Remove tool that you might be interested in reading: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-remove-tool-not-working-update-24-6/idc-p/...

Hi,

My problem just got a whole lot worse.

I no longer have Photoshop 24.6.0.

I cannot use Photoshop 23.

I cannot login to Adobe creative cloud. It says I have an installer running and that inhibits loading Adobe cc. I have checked Force Quit and there are no installers running. I have checked the Activity Monitor, and , as far as I can tell, there are no installers runnimg there. I have downloaded the deinstall for Adobe CC and attempted a repair. It says it cannot repair because there is another installer running.

Presumably I now have to deinstall all Adobe software  (Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom as well as Adobe CC) and start from scratch.

Please could someone confirm this and possibly explain how this catastrophic event occurred in the first place.

Thanks

Hi,

I didn't try that. But, as it happens, I powered off in a huff last night being exasperated at the worsening situation.

So, I tried again when I received your message, and it appears to work.

Thank you.

If my rant upset anyone yesterday, I apologise.
