Undefined cropping selection gone

I have reinstalled Photoshop due to damage to my computer.  I now do not have the option to crop an undefined proportion, so you highlight and not have to stay with proportion choices.  Can I somehow get this option back?

You can switch to the 'Classic Mode' for the crop tool.
