UNDO shortcut not working with Geman keyboard QWERTZ

I clicked strg+z and doesnt work, i tried to remap but my strg key but its not detected even the normal letter "abcdef.." is not detected, please help

Does your keyboard is working outside of Photoshop?

Is it a external keyboard? If yes, try to reconnect the keyboard.

Do you have restart (cold boot) your computer?

Please try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Yes my keyboard work normal outside photoshop even in after effect as well,

I can type words with text box, but not with any shortcuts except
f1,f2,f3,...

i havent try external keyboard
