As I outlined in an earlier post (Photoshop 2024 Filter & plugin problem - 19/1/2024), I've been having problems accessing plug-ins and trying to use neural filters. However, when I start Photshop as an adminstrator, everything works perfectly. I've now copied and examined the system info logs that are generated when I start the program with and without admin rights. The two logs appear to be identical except for the following lines which only appear when I start Photoshop with admin rights.

I've uploaded the two system info logs and the latest crash log.
It appears that the UXP is not loading unless I'm using administrator rights. Can any suggest what the problem is?
Many thanks.

@John34518413i1my you've answered your own question - you need to run as an Administrator.

Kevin,
Thanks very much for your help. What you suggest is actually what I've had to resort to doing to activate the neural filters and plug-ins. However I shouldn't really need to do this. In addition, I can't transfer files from Lightroom to Photoshop for editing. Photoshop will open, but the file doesn't get transferred. If I don't set adminstrator rights, the file will transfer but the neural filters and plug-ins are greyed out. This problem has been on going ever since UXP was introduced. It's very irritating!
