Hi Guys

Not sure if this is the best forum or CC.

I'm on Win11 and a few days ago, I updated to PS 24.4.1. But an unconnected error with a NVIDIA update a few days after meant I had to run a restore, which ran back before the installation of 24.4.1. So now I have 24.2.1 again. But the CC Desktop is saying PS is up to date, even though it is not, so I cannot update to 24.4.1...

Any ideas on how I can fix this so I can update to 24.4.1, please?.

My full system specs:

OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 22H2),

Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2123 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz,

Memory: 65536MB RAM,

Available OS Memory: 65148MB RAM,

Page File: 8774MB used, 121910MB available,

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro P6000 (v528.49),

Display Memory: 56998 MB,

Dedicated Memory: 24424 MB,

Shared Memory: 32574 MB.

I will check, but I think it is because I still have the 7 updates (e.g., PPr 23.3 or Rush 2.8) that I hadn't run at the same time as PS or before the NVIDIA issue...
