Update BUG - Nothing in 'File' tab works

Since the last update, I can open an image & make changes, but then have to wait approx. 2 minutes to be able to click on anything, e.g. 'Save', 'Save As', Export, etc. Everything under the 'File' tab is faded & NOT highlighted to work!
