Update your version of Photoshop to enjoy the latest features - Popup harassment

Please help! How do I get rid of this pop up! It comes up everytime I open photoshop and I'm using v25.12 which as far as I'm aware only recently became out dated.

I don't want to update. I'm tired of new features that I just turn off and ui changes that distract. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

I'd like to know too. I got this several times today and it destroyed my work, I had to force quit photoshop because I couldn't interact with anything else in the window except that stupid popup.
