Update ??

Photoshop keeps telling it needs an update and i can't open it until I do. I attempt to update the app but it just keeps saying "we encountered a problem" or something along those lines. What update is causing my photoshop to malfunction and why can't I update?

What version of Photoshop do you have now?

Are you updating via the CC desktop application or via another method?

Can you post the exact error message?
