Updated photoshop and the app will now not open.

Updated photoshop to 25.9 and it wouldn't open. Restarted my laptop and the app still wouldn't open. Can you resolve asap thanks?

@Susan37922627ofrl are you getting an error message when you try to open Photoshop, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
