Updated PS to 24.7.0 Can no longer open images or layers from LR 12.4

Just updated to PS 24.7 last night through CC.  The open as layers from LR or edit in PS no longer ports over the image assets.  It opens PS, that's it. 

Do I need to reset my preferences in LR?  I already did this with PS to no avail.

I do have Beta PS installed as well if this makes a difference.  I do get the same behavior when I try to open in Beta as well.  It just opens the program, not the image(s).

PS CC Version - 24.7.0

LR CC Version - 12.4

MacOS Version - Ventura 13.2.1

Update:  Rolling back to 24.6 fixed the issue.  So seems it's an issue with 24.7
