Updates to multiple versions of Photoshop seen on Creative Cloud (again)

Creative Cloud shows that the following versions of Photoshop are available for download:
Ps 2025, v26.3* new Frame tool
Ps 2024, v25.12.1* general stability
Ps 2021, v22.2 bug fixes, shape properties
* these versions are in my Applications folder.
This is not the first time that versions 26.3 and 25.12.1 have been updated. January 2025 was the first announcement for 26.3; no mention of an update to Creative Cloud Content Manager was included.
The reason that I'm posting this is that in addition to new tools, stabilization, bug fixes, all three updates bring in an update to Creative Cloud Content Manager:
• Creative Cloud Content Manager 6.2.0.13 - This update enables all Creative Cloud apps to receive new content.
[current version of CC: Creative Cloud Content Manager (CCX Process) 6.1.0.9]
Now, as in previous apparent releases of updates, Ps versions' numerical designations have not been incremented. If these updates brought in new functionality, the version numbers should have been incremented to alert us that new functions will be brought in:
26.3.x
25.12.x
22.2.x
The last advice I received from this community when I brought up the duplicate was to uninstall CC, then reinstall. When CC did not display the apps in my plan, I was forced to reinstall all of them.
So, should we just ignore the app's version number and go ahead and install anything that shows up in CC?

@LAMY2017 personally for such a minor update, I likely would ignore it until the next big one. That's my two cents worth.

Moot point. Within 36 hours of this post, the three posts in Creative Cloud disappeared. Simply my hallucination, I suppose. C'est la vie.

Since my post of 2/10, a 3rd (4th?) release of v26.3.0 can be downloaded from CC.
As in my previous posts, the update description includes additional information not included in previous releases.
What's new in Photoshop
• This update introduces an enhanced Frame tool and provides additional bug fixes and performance updates.
• Bug fixes and improvements for the Substance 3D Viewer (Beta) integration.
Is Adobe not concerned that, as community experts have advised in responses to my question, folks will skip installing this release. "Minor" revision or not, shouldn't all updates be marked as new -- using an incremented version number -- and marked as new -- using an incremented version number -- and shouldn't all updates be installed to maintain integrity, eliminate future posts where folks insist that all updates have been installed? Not the best update documentation standard practice.
