What operating system are you using?

Install an updated Adobe Application Manager and then try Help>Updates again.

Just a quick note to report that Jeff_Arola's advice to install an updated version of Adobe Application Manager *mostly* worked for me.  At first, I was alarmed by the notation on the download page: "Version CC"

Turned out that didn't matter. Photoshop CS5, Bridge, and Camera RAW are now updated. Illustrator CS5 update failed. No idea why. "Updates could not be applied" Have contacted customer support chat multiple times. Once I get a real person, I am transfered to "a dedicated team who can assist you." Nope! Waited one hour or more multiple times. No one ever came through on the chat.
