Upgrade from Ventura to Sonoma 14.5

Hello friends. I have Mac Studio M1 Max and OS Ventura 13.6.7. and i want ask you, all ,.who have Sonoma 14.5 (newest) ,..how is compatibility and workflow? I mean about Photoshop,.and plugins ,filters etc,...how it works?? Is it worthy make upgrade? Or your experiences are not so good with Sonoma? Thank you very much

@Anakinzlo YMMV but I have not seen any issues running current Photoshop on Sonoma where the OS caused issues and I help manage 150 Mac users.
