Upgraded to Photoshop 2025 and my swatch library is gone

I upgraded to Photoshop 2025, and now my swatch library is gone; also, the legacy swatches are not the legacy swatches I'm used to.

When I upgraded Photoshop, I clicked the button to restore/keep all previous settings.

I need to get my swatch library back. Swatches are labeled and organized with it's own name for each job.

I prefer the old swatch library with the gradients and patterns with a good selection of colors. This new swatch thing is ridiculous. I don't have the time to re-make new unstable swatch libraries for RGB and CYMK. I want the old library back- how?

Did you try to export your old custom swatch libraries from your earlier Photoshop version and impoort it to 2025? How does that look for you then?

If you saved out (exported) your custom swatches,, then you might find them in the previous version.

I am a Windows user, but this is the location for color swatches in the presets folders.  It only goes back one version update AFAIK

Have you thought about save project colour to Creative Cloud Libraries?  You can keep colour swatches, fonts, styles etc. under a project or client name, and retrieve it from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. It has saved me untold time over the years trying to track down assets used with an occasional client.

CC Libries are super useful and very cool.  I especially like its View on Website feature that gives you a full page heads up of all assets in a librbary.
