Upgraded to PS 2021, Spacebar and Handcursor no longer works

Using 22.5 on a Mac running the latest Big Sur. Pressing spacebar to bring up the hand cursor and pan around no longer functional. It had been working just fine in previous versions. Is this a wide spread issue? Are there any solves in place?

Thank you

Stephen

Running the same OS, can't replicate. Sounds like Keyboard Settings or something else?

If all else fails, you can try restting Photoshop prefs.

If you go to Preferences > Tools... is "Overscroll" checked? If not, make sure it's checked/enabled and try again.

First thing I tried was to reset the preferences, no effect. And it looks like I already have "Overscroll" checked.

Does it feel like the preview of the image is frozen?

If you go to Preferences > Technology Previews.. and check "Deactivate Native Canvas" and restart Photoshop, does it work?
