Use Graphics Processor not getting enabled

Hi,

I am using Photoshop 2020 version in window 11. While working in Photoshop, use Graphics Processor is grey-out and not getting enabled after all try, this is linked with my Photoshop Scrubby zoom and it is not working.

Pls guide on this issue.

Incompatibilities? the requested system info will help us help you, by giving the GPU you use, if there are several, etc.
