Dear, since the subscription is not available in my country I have a technical question. I have a relative in Germany who can subscribe to a certain plan, the payment will go monthly from Germany, but the use of Photoshop and Lightroom will be permanent from my country with a different IP address than the subscription.
Is that possible?

No, that would break the licensing agreement. Some countries work with Resellers. What country are you from?

Just because something is possible doesn't make it legal to do.

Dear Peru Bob, Thanks for the guidance and help. I just contacted Adobe as you recommended, and they confirmed that such a way of using Adobe is possible. From what I understand, it is important to Adobe that -the signer is from a country where signing by Adobe is allowed -the payment is from a card (account) issued by the signer's country - the actual login to the Adobe account is not within the domain of Adobe's control, and you can log in from anywhere where there is internet access.

'they confirmed that such a way of using Adobe is possible'
There is a big difference between a relative taking out a personal subscription and allowing you to use it (which would have both of you breaking the licensing agreement), and temporarily using your own subscription when travelling abroad (as described in the other post). As Peru Bob nicely put it, 'Just because something is possible doesn't make it legal to do.'
The signer is signing a contract for personal use. I am not a lawyer, but you might want to read carefully section 3.1 of the link below which clearly states a license cannot be shared. For further interpretation I would look to a lawyer not an internet community 🙂

Yes, they emphasized that in this case, if my sister wants to use an Adobe product, she will need a new license.

If your sister takes out a license in her name and you use it, both she and you break the license agreement linked above. That is regardless of country of residence. I am not a lawyer, but the terms are set out clearly.

In that case, someone is either not telling the truth, or they don't know. Because, an authorized person from Adobe confirmed that it can be used in this way, I will take his confirmation as relevant, which does not mean that you are wrong.

You have been given links to the official documentation prepared by Adobe's legal team. Those documents are the definitive statements that a user is required to follow when taking out a subscription. How you choose to interpret that documentation is down to you.
It is time to close this thread as any other posts will just be interpretations/opinions on the same current legal terms and conditions.
