v 27.00 Background could not be found for removal after update

Version 27.00  after upgrade, "Remove Background" button. after click process, an error pops up showing that the background could not be found for removal.  still works on vs 26.11 (this version can not upscale an image)  I have tried multiple images and same error.

• Is the error consistent across all images, or does it occur only with one or two specific files?
