Version 24.5 Multiple Bugs

Hi,

I really need help with Photoshop 24.5. As of Sunday, all was good until I had a virtual chat with an Adobe rep regarding access to generative fill. He disabled Photoshop and installed Photoshop Beta. I didn;t want this app so I installed Photoshop again and the trouble began. I can't access my photos through this folder Windows C:\Users\name\Pictures. 

My work is no longer saved when reopening . I have had three "chats" with Adobe with no luck at all. Can someone please help me. Thank you

Hi @aliophelia at this point I would uninstall both the beta and 24.5 general release and reinstall just Photoshop v 24.5.

Hi @aliophelia so you still cannot open files in Photoshop? Does the application open and allow you to work on other files or nothing works?

It does allow me to open files however not in the way I used to use it and it will ni longer save my work as it used to.

Prior to the new release when Photoshop closed down, it would, automatically, open all the images that I had been working on. It no longer does that?????

Hi, I can no longer open photoshop as it was two days ago. I wrote to enquire about the Generative Fill and gave access to my computer and he disabled Photoshop and left me with Photoshop Beta. 
Contacted them today and she disabled Photoshop Beta, opened the photoshop app however I no longer have access to my photos through my C: drive and see his message "This file does not have an app associated with
