Hi @marie-rose24793380d60f, please share any screenshots or steps you go through to see this error you mention.  Anything that can help us to see what you see will be important.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
