You posted to the Photoshop Camera forum. PS Camera is version 1.5.0 and is available for iOS and Android. The Camera Shake filter was previously in Photoshop, so I'll move your post to the Photoshop forum for you.

"With the April release of Photoshop 23.3, Camera Shake Reduction (Filter > Sharpen > Shake Reduction) will be removed. The technology is not compatible with newer development platforms."

You can use Camera Shake if you install and use an earlier version. You can have multiple versions of Photoshop installed.
