Wacom pen curser freezes when I minimise photoshop

My Wacom pen curser freezes for about 3 seconts when I minimise photoshop or when i click the home button on the top left.

Hi. Please provide more information on your computer, OS, and Wacom specifications. Could be a Wacom issue, or maybe a GPU issue. With more information, we can troubleshoot further.

I solved this thank you. photshop was glitchy so i reinstalled i
