Wacom pen touching the pad while using the patch tool triggers opening of Adobe page

Recently when touching the Wacom pen to the pad an Adobe page Adjust Pixel Selections is opened. It may happen 10 times in a row and then becomes random.  Help please.

Hi @Max Slaughter can you share a recording of this occuring? Also can you check your Wacom driver settings to make sure you don't have a key map triggering?
