So with Ps 2019 and Ps 2018 you need to activate Windows ink so you get pressure sensitivity with your tablet?

The 21.1.3 update resolved a lot of pen pressure issues in Win 10.

If you can only run 2018 or 2019 then YES you'll need to use Windows Ink to get pressure sensitivity on Windows.
