When I try and use my Wacom tablet I need to have constant heavy pressure for it to track as well as it lagging behind. This is not an issue with any other appilcation inculding Illistrator.

If you go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and disable "Enable Native Canvas Rulers" and restart Photoshop, does it work better?
