Wait icon on my cursor everytime I open Photoshop or Premiere

Hi,

Everythime I open photohop or premiere there is the circle blue waiting icon next to my cursor. And it does not let me do anything else. The only way to make it stop is my histerically press the ESC kee both in photoshop and on my other screen (like in the desktop or anywhere else). But then when I open again I have the same issue. It stops when I close the application (wither photoshopo or premiere)

Also I have turn off and on again my pc, and uninstall every single adobe app including the cloud one. And re-installed it again but the problem persists. 😞

Everytime I open Photoshop or Premiere I get the blue waiting icon, and it prevents me from selecting anything. Please help. The performance of my computer is not the problem, I have space in my drives as well. The waiting icon stops when I close these programs.

The only way around it that I have found is to continuosly press the ESC key in both Photoshop and on the background of other application open. I have also try to uninstall and install again every adobe softwares.

The ESC key solution is only temporary as when I open again Photoshop the icon re-appears

The main reason behind this problem is because some background process is continuously consuming a huge amount of processing power.

hi, I have followed similar ones @CoryShubert , my collegue found a way to fix the issue which is to delete the CEPHtmlEngine folder; we do not know what that folder represents and if deleting it will create issues in the future. But at least it got rid of the waiting icon.
