I am affected by this crisis. I have to reduce any costs I can so I have to cancel my one year subscription.
I have time left on it and there is a cancellation fee.
any chance Adobe can waive the fee?

I can't pay the cancellation fee. Because I was affected by COVID-19 So I don't have any income to pay my fees. Can my fees be waived?

@Prachak30267118p31d You have asked a similar question to the OP, so the answer is the same as given by Jane previously, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Care.
Do not respond to PMs asking for account details - scammers are known to do that.
