Wanting to see if photoshop will let me cancel my subscription and not pay a fee

Purchased Jan 10 not realizing my computer is uncompatible with photoshop. I have stressed trying to work in photoshop realizing that it's not worth trying anymore especially if nothing works for me. Are yall willing to let me cancel my subscription and not pay the fee? Maybe I'll buy again next year if i can get a new pc.
