Was user defined sizing removed

I've been trying to print through photoshop to my printer on A3+ paper but the highest size it will let me select is A3. There used to be a selection to create a custom size for printing but I've been unable to find it in any dialogue boxes I've clicked through. Was it removed as of the Photoshop 2024 update? I'm printing on a Epson ET-8550.

Una vez hayas ajustado los parámetros personalizados en la pantalla de la derecha o similar, tras pulsar en "ajustes de impresión en la de la izquierda, das aceptar la blanca y te queda la oscura. En la oscura, en las esquinas de la imagen, si pones el cursor encima cambia el icono del cursor por otro, que si lo arrastras desde la esquina modifica el tamaño de la

imagen en el sentido que quieras hasta encajarla en el cuadro que representará un tamaño según hayas seleccionado en los ajustes previos de la derecha.

No recuerdo ahora si en el apartado "tamaño" en el formulario de la derecha tiene más opciones para A3, pero puedes ver que está la A+

Lo que he publicado está hecho con la última versión de Photoshop y con Windows 10. Tengo otro pc con windows 11, pero no está utilizable en estos momentos. Hasta no hace mucho tuve una Epson que también imprimía en A3 y A3+ y era con windows 7.

Paper sizes aren’t controlled by applications such as Photoshop, they’re controlled by the printer driver software, in this case the Epson driver software for the ET-8550. The only size Photoshop provides is the image size; it retrieves the available paper sizes from the printer driver software. The preview in the Print dialog box is the Photoshop image size shown against the paper size currently selected in the printer driver.

In Photoshop, when you’re in the Print dialog box and then click the Print Settings button, what’s behind the Print Settings button are Epson printer driver options (In other words, whatever is behind Print Settings can change depending on which printer is selected, since Photoshop doesn’t control what’s back there). Paper size and custom paper size options should be in there.

I print on Epson printers but on a different system (a Mac), but one possible cause is that maybe a newer Epson printer driver version needs to be installed for Windows 11?

I understand that, but the print settings dialog has no choice for A3+ or user defined as it did befor the 2024 update.
